To overcome this trouble, you need to consult with your Internet Provider and request for the reliable and higher speed internet. )

  • For the Customer who have already subscriber with us and have Subscription Login ID and Password can login from the Go Button at the top right side.

  • Once your login with the Subscription ID from the link ( www.nepalchannels.com) , you can see the list of channels.

  • Click the channels which ever you want to watch -- Once you click the Channels, our windows pop up activate, and starts the streaming -- please wait for 30 sec to see the streams in the windows. This window is small originally, to make the Full Screen, Double click the small windows or right click from mouse inside the small windows and select Full Screen / Zoom to Full Screen.

  • Possible Troubleshoot 1:
If the windows doesn't popup the windows media player windows, -- Check your Explorer might block the Popup because of the security, then right click at the Popup block button in the top of the explorer, as shown in picture, and enable the popup.

  • Possible Troubleshoot 2:
If the popup windows is opening after clicking at the channels, but the streams doesn't start the buffering , just the "ready" text shown up in the bottom of the media player windows
    -- Possible reasons :
    * Windows Media player might not installed properly, if so, then reinstall the windows media player
    * If your PC is under the firewall and the firewall may not allowed you to stream any live video from the internet -- this case is quite often in the internet of Library, University, Big corporation, Gov offices etc, here in this case, you have to request to open the firewall for the live streaming online
    * Security software like Norton, Spy ware etc may block the streaming video online in your PC, for this also you need to enable the live streaming inside the security software option, or you can entirely disable the security software during the channels watching
    * Your Internet provide may not allow you to stream the live videos in your internet service, so you can consult your ISP to check with.

  • Possible Troubleshoot 3:
If the Quality of the stream is not good and a lot of buffering comes every time -- Causes might be
    * Your Internet Speed is not sufficient for our source stream to receive, make sure from ISP that you have min 400 kbps broadband internet that is of reliable and fixed for all time. If any disturbances coming in the busy hour from the ISP side, then problem of buffering and picture freezes, sound keeps on moving smoothly
    * You might have older windows media player, which is giving the trouble to stream the signal smoothly, so download latest possible windows media player with the use of this link ( give the link to download windows media player from our homepage), If your PC operating system is Windows 98, or windows 2000 or windows Me, then you cant install higher version ( say more then windows media player 9) of windows media player. Windows XP can support windows media player 10, 11 and any new version. So install windows media player 9 if your System OS is 98/2000 / Me, Install windows media player 10 or higher for the PC whose OS is windows XP
